3lbs from my initial goal, Before & After pics

Took some this morning.... The before pics are the ones that convinced me I was a fatass.





I have moved my goal down to 220, but since I am so close to my original goal, I though I would post some progress pics.

I actually grabbed the wrong shirt, the original one says the same thing, but with a pic of Johnny Cash on it... edited the pic so no one would get offended.

Yeah, me and the cigs are still on too. Not sure I coulda lost all this weight without them.

Thanks for the replies, everyone. You don't really see it when you look in the mirror each day, but picture like those really drive it home!
 
Besides the fact that I thought you were female---and that you were actually a preacher (picture a nice little lady with a long modest dress carrying a bible)....You look fantastic!!! Congratulations!

Hold on, let me scratch something socially unacceptable to get the testosterone flowing....

As for the "actually a Preacher" part, hold on to your bonnet, I really am a Preacher. :cool:
 
So am I, I did the Universal Life Church thing too when I was in high school. It was fun to tell my teachers I couldn't do my homework because of a religious holiday I invented moments before.
 
hey, great going there man, you look a whole lot more attractive and so much healthier

ur body and face especially look so much better, even your arms have a better shape to them
