Ok, here's my story. I've been on 3lb whey for a couple weeks and I took my initial weight to see if it actually works. When I was finished with the whey, I only gained about 2lb. What happened to the other 1 lb? I take the whey with water after every workout and don't take it during my days off from the gym. If I continue doing this, will I gain weight consistently? Also, squats and bench are the best exercises to gain muslce mass right?
