So I realize Ive neglected my diary for a very oooong time.I know tht is an understatement.LOL...
Ive been super busy with alot going on.I inally got my place put back together and organized since the fire and restoration was complete!
Ive been trying to get enough sleep and rest...and tryign to get my place in order.Plus the kids and stressin about money and so on and so on.SO here I am...I am back to trying to use and keep up with my diary>
I started an accountability thread s I post in their daily with food and exercise and water intake, so i will start copyng and pasting into my diary.

Ok im gonna see if I can remeber my food for the last couple of days.I have had a very social weekend.Very unlike me!LOL...I have a friend you is recently seperated from her hubby, so every Fri night she spends the night here and she also stayed saturday night and we had some friends over both nihts and did a picnic on Saturday it was nice!

a litle roast
some baby potatoes
some carrots
few pieces of garlic bread
half a bottle of wine, LOL

fried egg sandwich on a white bagel
had a picnc lunch and a handful of things like
raw organic sunflower seeds
seasame sticks
2 pieces of mni peporoni
4 arrow root cookies
3 mini cucumbers
small piece of steak
2 pork kabobs
a smll bbq baked potatoe
2 pieces of bbq corn (YUM)!
ok ready for this
ate abt 6 small pices of chocolate cake
drank a whole bottle of wine!LOL!
Exercise
60 mins on trampoline an I has doing bum drops and standing back up, WOW what a core work out!
