I have just been catching up on everything since I last visited your diary.

I am sorry about the tooth problems - and also the problems with the boarder and the ex.

It sounds like the exercise possibilities are getting better and better. Not only are you still doing tons of tennis - but you now have the exercise machine that you found (how lucky is that) but also the trampoline. They both sound tons of fun.

I really dont know how you get the time to do everything.

I am pleased to see that you have been getting some great weight loss recently. It really isnt surprising - because exercise is so beneficial for us.

BB - Ya im off this week, im at my parents, so away from that asshole and over on Vancouver Island were I dont hao anything, Im gonna relax and spend tiem with the girls and my parents and relax!Ive been going non stop lately.

And no no this week!!!I have worked the overnights for 3.5 months straight with exceptions to a few days off here and there!

sorry, i has been a few days. I have been so dabusy getting my house and yard ready for the girls bday party but guess what it is done!!!The party was a great hit!!!

Im not exercising this week, I got all my mins in from the weekend anyway...I have the week off, so Im gonna just relax and enjoy it, I am at my parents this week and im not going in to work my nights so im gonna just enjoy having down timeI deserve it!

I think Ihave been eating like a pig this week cuz it is going hand in hand with me not being as busy as I am at home nad getting sleep. I have been getting abt 10 hrs a night since Monday, my body is just craving it...with this I think my body wants to be on a normal schedule and wants to eat more. Plus im at my parents I dont need to do anyhting, dad drives everywhere mom cooks or we eat out...this week it was a eating fast crap easy food...lol...as you can tell. Plus they had a shit load ofjunk tha tI was into non stop. Why I dont buy the stuff!!! Even my dad was shocked shitless at how much I have been eating this time around! *SIGHS* Back home tomorrow and back to my normal routine!!!
 
i also do this...change the setting and eat like a pig. with the constant excuse, i'm not in my usual space. i guess we need to learn how to eat outside of our normal settings. we can do that.
its just one day at a time. today lets eat right :)

Ok so the good news is, Even though I stuffed my face like a ridiculous pig all week, I am only up .2 lbs:)!!!

I weighted in yesturday morning at 231.2...Maybe I have finally turned enough of my body into muscel, lol...but im pleased!!!
 
I'm so glad you had a great week and got lots of sleep. Your body must've been exhausted. :) Looks like all that eating didn't matter at the scales. I have a theory the sleep had something to do with it--made your body function better. ;)

Ya could be lol...it was nice to only be up .2 lbs and today im weightin in at 231.6 this evneing...so all is back to normal and good...Im hoping to get my 10 lb star from weight watchers on weigh in day...i need to loose just over 3 lbs I believe...
 
Hey girl. I am glad to see the scale is beig nice to you. I have weeks like that, too, where I seem to eat everything in sight.

Yay for the trampoline. We got a new one at Christmas and I actually re-learned how to do front flips on it about two months ago. That is a KILLER ab workout, I tell ya. I tried to committ to doing 10 flips a day, but have only done it a few times. It is FUN, though. Enjoy it!

So ive been a bit emotional these last few days, my period came earlier a few days or so I wonder if it is messin me up, LOL!

The x and i have been talkin and getting along for awhile now. I almost feel realived...it is nice after 5 yrs of fighting to finally talk and spend some time together and enjoy it.

There are alot of little things that have changed this time around that I am totally noticing. I am recieiving alot of pleasent surprizes that so far havent disappeared...that continue on...We are getting closer every visit adn convo which is a little alarming but still nice...

the last two visits he has hugged me and it was a real hug, ya know...ironically I always loved his hugs and arms around me cuz that made me feel safe...ha ha ha!I can laugh now....

I am no longer in love with him at this present time and such but coudl easily fall back in love ya know...Im playing it safe and going one day at a time, one convo and one visit and so far all has been great.

He is finally respectign me and seeing his daughter regularly plus initiating it.

We went to the beach on Sunday night to watch the sunset it was beautiful and we had a great time. He walked me to my car afterwards as I didnt feel comfy going myself int he dark...after we drove him back to his bike, when he said goodnight and goodbye, he looked me int he eyes and thanked me for meeting him and spendign the evening with him and for most imprtantly bringing Taneesha to visit him. He told me how much it meant to hima nd how speacial it is for the 3 of us to have been at Cresent Beach togather and for Taneesha to share it there with us. That beach was always our place. We went there constantly, it is so beautiful, hands down my fav place! Anyway we conceived Taneesha on that beach, he always meantions it when we are there and he said that is why he was so happy and appreciative for us to all be there together...this really through me, he has been actign so outta character...and that isnt liek him to say somethign like that...

Anyway that is what has been going on with me...

I figured out why I dont eat at home and why i ate so much at mom and dads...

Im totally stressed at home, and at mom and dads I wasnt and arent...I guess Im not a stress eater, lol.

I am not starving myself only eatign when hugry which isnt often as I guess my tummy has shrunk alot.

bacon and cheese omlette, I ate it all and was shocked!
1 cup or 1.5 cups of shredded hasbrowns
a piece of whole grain toast with p/b and jam

a chicken breast
1 cup of rice
1.5 cups of peas

a small square of cake
blueberry sauce (made with fresh blueberries)

I also forgot I actually ate at work too

1 frozen waffle with strawberry sauce
