Your diet isn't sufficient to sustain a healthy rate of weight loss. I suspect the reason you're cranky and tired is because of low blood sugar and a lack of nutrition.

You should be eating around 3200-3500 calories per day at your current weight in order to sustain a healthy rate of weight loss. Of course that number will drop as you lose. But for now you need to eat enough to provide proper nourishment while you lose. :)
 
My knees begin to hurt after a week of running so i usually have to take a break. Do the fish oil pills help?

They help TREMEDOUSLY!!!!
I bought the vitamin shop brand for like $15 and it was well worth it. Even before going to the gym, when I go down the stairs at my job I used to get pain in my knees, after taking the fish oil pills the pain went away. I noticed this the first day taking them.

I once tried to get back into the gym before without using these pills and it was not a plesant experience. Get them they work great and help with those joint pains.
