330 to 250's and beyond

I've been hitting the weights pretty hard the last couple of months.


I'm kicking it at 211 currently.
 
AAmazing. I didnt feel like working out today, but I think I'm gonna go walking for a few miles in a bit. Thanks for the boost!

what an inspiration...i find the most inspiring people are the ones who stick with their weight loss goals and keep us updated even if years go by =) you look great!
 
From last weekend......


My short term weightlifting goal is to bench press 300 lbs and squat 350 by March of next year.
