So as usual every couple of pounds i was taking my comparison pics and i decided to stick these ones up as they show a good difference. very happy with the diff- its amazing what 33lbs can do :)

im in no was near my goal yet but im pleased with the results:)

You can definitely see a change :) Do you take a snapshot every month or so? Just curious. That's how I've done it - front and side :)

It really does help keep one focused!

it depends how i feel really- i had had a very big loss the two weeks previous so i said id take a snap of it
 
I wish i had taken more shots of progress along the way. I would want to do it for motivation should i ever (by some dreadful chance) get so fat again.

Anyhow, i've jsut read the last 40 posts on your diary and you are doing so well. Going to the gym when you don't want to really deserves a pat on the back. I often slack off on such days but if you can find a reason to get your bum off the seat and do what you got to do, then that's all to your credit.

My big challenge now is to keep on getting up in the morning before daylight. I am so going to keep pulling myself out despite what i feel.

That's off topic though. Take care and keep up the excellent effort.

I am sorry you get anxious about weigh day. Maybe you can work out some way to get over that.
