Well looks like I am done with my weight loss for now. I got around 200 and was hovering there eatting 2300 cals a day. I now have increased to 2600 a day and still sitting pretty at 200. Only about 15 pounds over weight. Right now I am focusing on healing some sore joints.
Good luck to all the noobies who started in January and are still hanging on. My advice, make changes that will stick. Do not fool yourself with something you can't keep up.
