okay, this is pretty much it.
I was only able to do 3 weeks of the program instead of 6, because of a neck problem (I've gone back to deads, the neck problem keeps me from sleeping, and I CANNOT have that).
20 rep squat
Beginning, 140
End, 185
Bench 3x10
beginning 125
end, nearly 135
shoulder press 3x10
beginning, less than between 35 and 40
end, about 45
bent over row 3x10
beginning 115
end 130
I dind't see any huge gains. I also didn't eat the **** ton that was suggested. I weighed 165 at the beginning at what my likely innacurate scale told me was 18.5 percent body fat. and ended at 172 with 19.3 percent body fat. that's about a 2.6 pound gain in fat over 3 weeks. out of a total 7 pound weight gain.
Make of that what you will.
My 5x5 shoulder press has increased because of this and my deadlift has increased significantly (I'd say max is up at least 15-20 pounds).
Maybe I started a bit low or w/e, and I wasn't able to go all 6 weeks and I didnt' eat that much, but personally, since I added 5 pounds each time I lifted, I don't think this program could give you 30 lbs in 6 weeks, unless like 1/3 was fat and 1/4 water. I did however see some very nice gains from it. And the psychological effects of having 20 rep squat go up 45 pounds in 3 weeks are pretty damn nice.
