Hi all..

Just see my before and after pictures.
I lost 30kgs in a span of 18 months.slow weight loss is good for health and i believe in that.

So please anser the poll also abt how i look in AFTER picture.

I don't know which is funnier, this or the now infamous "Ellie" thread on the bodybuilding forums. This guy has some serious problems.
 
I think it's fair to say the guy wasn't looking for a therapy session, just a hot or not shout out. Are you going to sit there and tell me people don't post their progress picks here to boost their self esteem? By all means don't give the guy a break but at least dish it all around.
 
Wow, that was a little unexpected.

Carthonn, my progress pics aren't here for a self esteem boost, but for me to try to help motivate other people and keep a quick comparison for myself too. *Shrugs*, could just be me though.
