Hey guy's, well quite simply my mrs left me got really depressed started going out meeting ppl weight seemed to fall off but the journey has only just begun, i jog 3mi/5km a day, kickbox, box, go spinning and weight training, yes i have loose skin but im doing my best to get it sorted non surgically, as far as im aware with the correct diet and training its inevitable that it will sort itself out 
Ive only been training for the last 3 months pretty much as soon as my weight loss allowed, i have to keep bumping up the training to feel it but im starting to get used to it and its part of my life hopefully for the rest of my life, and as the cliche saying goes if i can do it then...
