I gave it a shot for couple of weeks to check it out. Very difficult but a fun challenge. Google it and you'll see the list of exercises. Done as a fitness test for the actors in the movie after they trained for it.
 
Here's the exercises in the "test:"

25x Pull-up +
50x Deadlift @ 135# +
50x Push-up +
50x Box Jump @ 24” box +
50x Floor Wiper @ 135# (one-count) +
50x KB Clean and Press @ 36# (KB must touch floor between reps) +
25x Pull-up
300 reps total

He does say that it was simply a test or challenge for the actors to complete and said only about 50% of them did. The actually training they did involved varying and grueling workouts 8-10 hours per day, 5 days per week for 4 months. If you haven't seen the movie it is absolutely bad ass!

I like Mr. Jones theory about "short-stroked" reps and ROM. Always makes me cringe when I see people doing that crap.
