Will you take your shirt off at the beach? I still will not do this. Not becasue of my belly but the man boobs are a little too much. Hopefully someday.
Lol not yet. For the same reasons. Good news is they are FINALLY almsost gone! Those should hopefully completely gone. But my plan for that skin is to build huge lats back and pecs to take up the skin there. But I don't think abs and lower back can get that big so hopefully that skin just shrinks
 
Excellent work man!.. Chest is lookin solid.. How much you benchin? You using any supplements? I have some loose skin. I find pull-ups/lat pull-downs(wide, narrow & reverse grip), seated rows and especially heavy deadlifting & declined weighted sit-ups works great for filling it in. You look like a new person!

Thanks man! I'm a little weary of going heavy on thebench. I've had some shoulder issues in the past from it. I've been more balanced on my pulling training join effort to strengthen against that. I was very off balanced pretty much never doing rows or pullups. Thanks for the tips!
