Hi everyone! My name is Devyn, and I want to start writing to keep myself motivated when it comes to being active. Let me start by giving some back story to myself:
In March of this year, I decided to finally get my sh** together and stop eating horribly, (mostly because I have a fear of getting sick and getting a disease from being overweight like diabetes, heart disease, etc).
I also stopped fitting into most of my clothes and it was really taking a toll on my mood and my happiness.
SO--since March 14th 2016 until today, I have lost 68 pounds! I am incredibly proud of myself and try my hardest every day to stay on track and remember that I never want to go back to what I used to be. I still have about 50 pounds left to go until I reach my goal
. Right now, my biggest issue is staying active every day. I am really trying to make sure I get at least 30 minutes in every day of exercise. So that's why I'm keeping this diary! I really need some motivation and a tracker of my activity!

NOW, my dinner most days is a meal replacement shake and a fruit- usually an apple.
