30 Days in to a lifestyle change, before and current pics

Well about 30 days ago i decided it was time to stop complaining about how i looked and how i felt and to start doing something about it. So far these are the only 2 pics i have taken. They are dated so you can see the time frame. This is the progress so far in a little under a month. I still have a LONG ways to go. So far i am down 15lbs. I was at my heaviest in the first pic 259 and i am at 243 right now In case the pic does not work here is a link to it

wowwwwwwwwww. thats very exciting for u...if thats what u can do in a month. you've obviously shocked ur body into getting it started.
so any particular exercise regime??
eating before or after workouts?
or during hahah?
wat kinds of exercise??

Thanks so much! I have been doing hit training on the treadmill, run as hard as i can for 30 seconds then walk a minute. I do that for 20 minutes. I have used a few machines for my legs at the gym like leg presses. I use 40lb free weights to do curls / shoulder presses. I dont have the exact routine cause i try to keep it mixed up. But i am hoping to loose weight then bulk up from lifting weights. I will be keeping updated on here with my journey.
 
You're really an inspiration for me. I visit gym daily and workout really hard for 2 hours but then I screw it all up by eating all kinds of junk food out there :x
