30 Day Challenge.whos Up For It?

Ok yall so heres the deal.I see some people get amazing results in 30 days.They work but they havent for me.So Iam putting MY BODY in the hands of these very knowledgable forums.
I will be posting pics of me when I get the chance.

Iam bassicly looking for someone to come in and tell me what to do.And in 30 days we will see my results.


ABOUT ME

Iam 17 year's old. Weigh bout 170 -175. Iam kinda active sport wise.I play competative paintball (this requires you to be fit.you need endurance speed and you need to ba able to hold a gun straight after a 40 yard dash!!!)

Iam very self concious about my appeareance.I want to have something to be proud of.Something to be really proud of.I want to look and feel good!
PLEASE HELP ME HERE!


What I can do and cant do.In + and -

+I can hit the gym everyday.Its bout a mile away so I can even bike if I need cardio.there and back

+determined!

-I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WEIGHT LIFTING.I DONT KNOW THE TERMS I DONT KNOW THE MACHINES AND I DONT KNOW THE NAME I DONT KNOW THE REPS THE TIMES THE ANYTHING!!!
Iam a total newb!!!!!!!!


Now when can I work out.
I can work out Mon-Fri.The reason Weekends are off is because I play paintball sun and sometimes Sat So I need to be able to perform all day.



IN THE END WHAT I NEED FROM YOU GUYS

A weekly schedule!! Simple.Or I hope,I need detailed instruction on what machine to use how many reps how many times and so on.I need this for mon thru fri! I know diet is key and I will be dieting!.Also I need help in setting the amount I should be lifting or what not.



PLEASE HELP ME BECOME A SUCCES STORY.PLEASE POST A FULL PLAN I DONT CARE JUST SOMETHING THAT WILL HELP ME.I want to feel comfterbole taking my shirt off! :) .please help this total newb out!
 
I appreciate where you are coming from but what you are asking is what you pay a personal trainer and a nutritionist to do. Now there is a great online trainer here that can assist you if so desire.

If you don't have the money then just by browsing these forums and reading the sticky threads you can figure all that out on your own or at least a good start. My rule of thumb is if you can't read a few threads, then you aren't going to be able for months to stick to a program.

So read around, post a plan for critic, and and specific questions you might have.

no one is gonna be you're free personal trainer. There are online trainers who charge you for their help over the internett. You can start reading around the forums though, and try to learn stuff ;)
 
And, although it may be possible to make some good improvement in 30 days, you need to think about this as a life long commitment to better health and fitness. Most people take at least 2+ years just to get beyond the beginner level, unless they have perfect genetics, nutrition, rest, etc., and if you had perfect genetics you would probably already be naturally pretty well built and not here looking for help.
