3 months after seperated shoulder, still having problems

Feb 5th i seperated my left shoulder for the third time. I gave it 6 weeks and tried the lifting thing again, mostly concentrating on lower body. My upper body workouts (specifically bench, and shoulder excersises) still pained me so I just dropped way down in weight trying to hang on to some sort of muscle. Now three months have passed, I have been gradually adding weight...but occasionally I still get pains when doing bench, dl, bent over rows, lat pull downs, skull crushers, and some sort of a shoulder machine thing.

I don't have a clue what to do, I tried the lower weight and machines concentrated on shoulders just to avoid the stabilizer muscles a little, but it doesn't seem to be working. Any help?

and even better a physio?

Most likely youll develop ac arthritis, considering the articular disk usually wear away by itself tthis would help.

Have you gone to the doctor Derek??

Short answer....no. I went the day after it happened to have it x-rayed, but have not been back since. I've been through this injury like i said 2 other times back in highschool and it always healed up fine, but i wasn't moving weights around back then like I have been and am trying to now. I really want to avoid the doc at all costs though, but then again I want to be pain free and 100%

I guess what I am asking is there any excersises to strengthen the shoulders up. Bands? Free weights? machines? Anyone been through a seperated shoulder and have any excersises to recommend? Thanks guys.
