3 booty problems

hi yall i new 2 this forum but im hopeing yall can help me a hav a few problems here goes

1) 4 sum reason 1 of my butt cheeks has shrunken smaller than the other :D :eek: so wat exercises shud i do 2 make the small 1 bigg again

2)my booty is startin 2 sag a bit wat exercises besides plie squats will lift it with out makin it smaller

3)i want 2 gain 2 more inches wat should i do 2 reach that goal :D

Well I don’t mind talking about buns.

1 - fat loss is fat loss. Fat surrounds the body, so you can't pick and choose where the fat comes off. You just gotta keep fit and eat well to reduce your body’s fat %.

2 - Well muscle doesn’t "sag". The "sag" is fat. so again, fat loss.

3 - to gain muscle size you want to be doing squats of various types. But it will be hard to gain muscle (which requires a surplus of calories) at the same time as loosing fat (which requires a deficit of calories).

I suggest using full-body weight training with HITT training. You will be using all your muscles to burn the fat quickly to give your body a better shape.
 
Look up squats and lunges online to see how to do them if you don't know, they really do the trick. Adding some weight to it will also help to increase the size and give you a visual "lift". Not sure about the asymmetry, I'd just start exercising for a while, see what happens, and go from there.

(Is it just me, or did the poster not say anything about wanting to lose weight?)
