289lb To 217LB, 130KG To 98kg .... Still in progress!

Hey guys,


Let me get straight to the point, I am around 5ft10 and used to weigh in at around 289lb or a 130kg. Now the main reason why I got this heavy is because of simply over eating, I would also say over drinking, maybe I would've drank a 2ltr bottle of Coke a day. Playing games at night time while over eating was the main cause.


I wasn't really sick of my image to be honest, because I play football/soccer, I was like yeah, I might be fat, but probably could run more than your average Joe. (Totally wrong lol). So in 2011, I had my first ever injury during football, I damaged my ankle ligament, and this kept on happening after every recovery. It maybe happened 4 times throughout this year and I would be out for about a month each time.


So I knew the main cause of this ankle sprain is because of my weight, 100% because it happens to my brother but hes up again in no time. There was simply too much pressure on the ankles. One of my friends said to me 'Try out a no carbs diet' this and that and explained to me all the science facts behind it etc, and I was like, yeah let me give this a go. So I gave it a go and after 3 weeks or so, after buying my first scale, I was 276lb.


Obviously a low-carb diet was a bit boring so I changed a lot of things to it to make it suit me and my lifestyle. To cut the long story short i went from 289 to 217.

This picture is me from Yesterday, at 97-98kg. I still have some man-boobs at the botton of my chest, but I'm going to start training chest decline which apparently works that part of the chest.
