2800 Calories is a lot of damn food.

Is there a place online that one can use to figure out a workable diet plan on 2800 calories? I am about sick of eating eggs and bland food just for the sake of feeding. Difficulty = Only fibrous veggie carbs, High Protein, Lots of good fats.

i have the same problem. im meant to be on 3200 maintenance (does that sound right for someone of 170 pounds, 5 foot 11, 23year old male?)

using that figure i was trying to bulk on 3500 kcalories and maltesers were my poor excuse of hitting the kcalories. im trying to cut a little at the minute but improve speed and im still struggling to eat a clean 2800 kcalories

This seems, sounds and tastes like a lot of food. Kcal dense foods such as nuts also bump up the fat intake and i had to eat a tin of lentil soup to make my fitday pie chart not be so fat-heavy.

i can only presume im still in the wrong mindset and should be eating more around training, but i train at night so dont like post-post-wo complex carbs or fats as i feel like i store them and have that full feeling the morning after.

youc an go to fitday.com, it will help you keep track of calories and such. you can put in all your own custom nutritional information and then use it to come up with combos and recipes

That's what I currently do. I actually have both the fitday.com and the fitday software. But feeding has become more mechanical than ever. Now I am just cramming food in my mouth on a 2-3 hour basis...no enjoyment whatsoever. I am hesitant to use supplements because of the whole fast vs slow proteins. I suppose a shake with my meal would slow things down a bit, eh?
