Okay so my last post I felt the title made me sound like a concieted stuck up brat which Im far from haha. I'm 18 years old and and most of my life Id been overweight I couldnt remember the last time I was under 230pds. I decided to make a lifestyle change I didnt want to do a quick diet, I wanted something that would last forever. Well heres my progress so far Id like to lose about 20 more pds and tone up.
