You didnt look as big as 260 before though. Looks like you are doing a great job with the excess skin, and you have a really great figure now. Well done!

Awesome Job. Im new to this forum and I just had to say Im loving how sweet and encouraging everyone is! You look great! You didnt look 260 when you were 260! When I was 232 I didnt look 232 either more like 185 everyone says.

wow! great job! and im sorry, i have no tips :[ ive only seen plastic surgeons to that procedure, i think thats the only way to get rid of the skin. but you look FAAAAAAABULOUSS =D
 
thanks for all the encouragement everyone! i feel like i put a couple pounds on within the past few months so now i need to get back on the ball! has anyone ever tried tai chi?
 
i did lose it pretty quickly, i honestly wish i took more time because then my skin wouldn't be so lose. i'm workig on toning now and i've already noticed a huge diff! i'll post new pics soon

Haven't tried tai chi, but I understand it can be a pretty good workout. I know that the martial arts classes I've been taking are a really good workout.
 
Congratulations on the weight loss! That's a lot of weight to lose and it's inspiring to me! I'm curious about the toning too as I know I'm going to have a problem with that. I already do really since I've gone up and down so much in the past several years and with recent weight loss my lower tummy is getting very loose. Guess that's a good sign but like you I want to get toned!
 
tai chi is a good exercise. I don't know about toning or weightloss with it though...it's good for stretching. Like Yoga it looks easier than it is but it is gentle on the body. My dh is quite good at it.
