25 pounds in 5 months so far....

i remember coming to this forum earlier this year and seeing so many before and after pictures, i started hitting the gym regularly around late may and have lost about 25 pounds so far,from about 269 to 244, i have these pics, there only headshots but its what i have......
 
Thank you all. I try to go to the gym as often as i can, (trying to make it a daily thing). I still have a problem with the munchies, I go on small eating frenzys from time to time. I try to drink as much water as possible too. These comments have certainly given me a boost in confidence, (I like the eyes one, thank you mummy17). :)

btw, u can really see the change, keep it up. these next like 40 lbs are going to show the biggest change. the weight thats the hardest to lose usually shows the most change, at least for me haha
 
Thanks all you guys for your kind words. Feeling a little guilty today, skipped the gym and ate a little too much chocolate cake and had some coka-cola, hadn't had any in over a month. :( . Well, tomorrow's a new day and it'll be a good day to get back on track. Your comments help keep me going. :) My goal is too reach 189 by May 2007, i planned it out, at about 2 lbs. a week that's how long it will take, does that sound like a reasonable/realistic goal? Looking forward to your insights. :)
