24lbs - My 11 Week Goal

Holidays are all booked off - I'm going camping at the beginning of July - so I have 1 month to lose a little fat and tone up a little more.

I'm following the '28day body shapeover' I've always seen result in the 28 days and that is how long I have. I am trying my hardest to follow the diet - but the last while - I've been all over the place with my diet and yesterday I was eating good and then randomly went out for wings and beer. Oh well - I did go for a run yesterday.

i didn't go to the gym today - even though i should have - I has a sore throat and headache yesterday and this morning I had a sore throat and generally didn't feel well so i just just slept in. I feel better now - except that I have to work in 1 hour, Oh well - gotta pay the bills.

I'm still going to get all my work outs in for the week - I'll go tomorrow and sat, maybe go for a run on sunday.
 
I went to the gym yesterday and had a great leg workout followed by 30min of cardio.

I'm still fighting with my diet but I'm trying hard to be good because when i go camping i will be wearing a bikini, i have a month to make sure i feel good in it. I don't except to look like a model (yet ;-) ) but i sure don't want to look like a beached whale! Lol
 
That leg workout the other day was GREAT - I was in some SERIOUS pain the next 2 days - my leg muscles are STILL sore today!!! Unfortuanlty I skipped my Sat workout (chest back day) with the intentions of going to the gym on Sunday - but I drank to much and ate too much crap on Sat and had a minor stomach ache on Sunday and skipped it. :blush5:

This weekend kinda messed up my diet terribly bad - there was alcohol consumption along with some rather unhealthy foods and a big dose of ice cream!

Oh well - I still have 29 days or something till I leave for holidays. Starting today I'm going to practice some self discipline when it comes to what I consume.

I went to the gym today and did day 7 of the "28 day body shapeover".. shoulders/biceps/triceps. And I followed it with 30 min of cardio.

Back near the beginning of April I stopped the '28 Day Body Shapeover' Program to follow the "Female Training Bible" prpgram - it was a 12 week program - it seemed ok and wanted to try it out. I followed it for 8 weeks.

I had some great strength increases, if my diet had been better I'm sure I'd have seen even better results. I recently went back to the '28 Day Body Shapeover' and now having done them both - I must say - I MUCH prefer the '28 Day Body Shapeover' Program - it is more intense, isolates individual muscle groups, more exercises per muscle group, and really makes you sore the next day. I feel like I am getting a better work out following it. After a weight session with the 'Female Training Bible' program the 30min cardio session was easy (the weight session only took 30-40 min), but with the '28 Day Body Shapeover' program, after the weight session (taking 40min - 1 hour) the 30 min cardio session after was HARD!!! I was VERY tired.

I'm looking forward to seeing how I look on holidays. I SHOULD take a before and after pic - but I'm lazy....LOL...actually my camera battery is dead - I'll take one on Wednesday perhaps.
 
Wow that is a lot of work outs!!! Forget your weekend if you dwell on what is over and done it's hard to focus on the now and it get you down!!!!
Just get back to your routine you will do great!!!! Amazing work outs those take a lot of dedication!!!!!
 
Yesterday was leg day at the gym. It wasn't the best workout (wasn't the worst either), I had a very bad headache pretty much all day at work and I went straight to the gym after work. Sometimes if I have a headache when I start working out it goes away - most of the time it doesn't. It's hit and miss. This time the headache didn't - it wasn't as bad though.

Today I went for a run. When i got up I decided I wasn't going to and I'd do cardio tomorrow and Saturday. After I actually got OUT of my bed, I quickly just put on my running clothes and said to myself, "That is just fat talking...I must run to burn it off, no skipping out now, holidays start in 13days!". Then I went for my run.

Oh the joys of summer (sarcasm). I really do like summer - but right now the gross little green worms are hanging down from the trees - When i went for my run today - I was dodging them like crazy - and they are just tiny right now so they are harder to see.... YUCK! When I got home (30 min run) I thought for sure I had them all over me - I even thought I could feel them - but it turned out there weren't any on me....GOOD THING!!!!
 
that is good i hate those worm things to! lol now lets just hope the nice weather stays makes it eaiser to want to go out and run or walk!
 
Hey! It's been a while, yet again! However, I finally explained everything in my diary, if you wouldn't mind looking at it. I feel better now that I've explained things!

Anyways, green worms from trees..... *shudders* I don't think I could run where you do if that was the case. I'd go somewhere "safe" ... lol. Good job on going when you didn't want to though!
