Hello everyone. While I was loosing weight it was really motivating for me to browse this forum and see other peoples before and after pictures. When I was considering giving up on it, it kept me going.

Anyways, here are my before and after pics... I really only have one before pic as I avoided the camera so much.
Before (240 lbs):

jd,

Nice work. I am very impressed. What was the total time of this weight loss?
What is the one thing that you value now that you have achieved a pleasing weight? In other words what you can do, feel or have that you could not before?

Blimey! Congrats!

How long did it take you? And what route did you take?

I lost the majority of the weight in 6 months, and lost another 10-20 in the next 6 months, so 1 year total.

I just tried to eat a lot less. Most days I tried to stay under 1000 calories (probably not healthy). I rarely exercised.

The thing I like the most is finally feeling good about myself, and having a little more confidence.

Wow! Awesome Job. Really impressive pictures.

I agree with the previous comments - you really do look like a different person. I started at 236 myself and am down to 198 so far.

Seeing successes like yours REALLY help keep me motivated!

Well done - good to see you lost it over a sensible amount of time :)
