Hello everybody, my name is Rosie, I am a student in economics and live in Northern France. I spent last summer in California and my looks is now way more important to me than it used to. So anyway, I am trying to loose some weight now and maintain a healthy style of living.
Ok, some info about my body: I am 24, 5'4" (164cm) and currently weigh 128lbs (58kg). When I was in the States though I went down to 115lbs (and looked even better) so that is my goal-loose the weight I gained since my return.
I have a plan:
go jogging every day
do light exercises 30min/day every day
go to a yoga class once a week (Fridays)
give up all kind of candies, bread, cheese (that's going to be hard as I live in France), soda, bananas and no more dinner after 7h30 (the best would be 6h30 or 7 but I have classes till pretty much that time so it's impossible)
reduce the quantity of my meals
drink a lot of water and tea
walk to and back from university (that's like 30mins in each direction)
