Hi...
I was here a long while ago and then sort of dropped out. I don't even know why I did, but I did, and I skyrocketed back up in weight. So I'm starting fresh, and I'm sticking to it this time, because as you can see, I have only 23 weeks to my wedding... well 22 1/2 now, but it's vitally important that I shed some pounds and slim myself down.
What sparked me to return I hear you say? Well, I had been Best Person at my brothers wedding, and only a few weeks ago did the pictures of that wedding come back. Well, as you can imagine, I was mortified to see myself (and if I can bear to look at them again to get you all a picture to show you I will). And then a few weeks later after thinking about it and thinking about it, I realised I only had 24 weeks exactly to my wedding and that I couldn't bear the idea of looking like I had in my brothers photo's.
So This is it, crunch time. I've spent the last week (week 24) working out my fitness level and my calorie intake and setting up a workable plan to lose weight and get fit for my wedding.
As always my downfall is food, and I'm going to need to really keep on top of it, eat healthier and cut my calories right back to give me a proper starting point. Exercise (which I've been doing 6 days a week for a week and half now) is actually getting to be sort of fun, I just have to keep it up and hopefully I'll start to see some results.
The countdown is on and I need this to work. And I just knew that with all the wonderful support on offer here that if I really stick to it this time, it will work.
