22% body fat

I have been lifting for a while I am 17 and have been lifting since i was 14. I can bench 260 while only weighing 183 but my body fat % remains high. I have dropped it 5% since middle march but now it is slowing down. What do I need to do? Now that it is summer I have more time to work on this and I run 3 times a week including HIIT training and i eat a pretty healthy diet of small meals usually around 2200 calories a day. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I quickly read what you wrote, and i think you're NOT doing enough cardio. Try swimming for 30 minutes every day. You will notice fat MELT off your body. It worked for me. Also, you may be only eating 2200 cal., but if what you are eating is garbage, you're not helping your body out. Eat clean.

visit this site and get some really cheap fat free protein. Mix it with skim milk and use it when you get hungry. I can guarantee you will lose BF if you follow my directions.

You don't need more whey protein...

It might not hurt to up your cardio to 5 days a week for longer periods of time at a higher intensity. Do you ever do interval training in your strength training work-outs? Try breaking your workouts up into circuits and bike or row or run an incline on the treadmill for 3 minutes elevating your HR so that you are burning more calories during your work-out. Variety in your cardio is very important too... the last 5 or 10 pounds really does come down to diet though.

which one do i get?

Fat free protein isolate (This is NOT whey protein). It is completely fat free. It is a great way to eat healthy when you get hungry and put protein into your body. Just remember to eat lean meats too. Don't substitute protein for all of your meals. Your body needs natural foods and proteins.
