Hit the gym last night, had a great work out. Have been a little pressed for time but still managed to break a real sweat! I ran into one of my friends at the gym. Who until a few weeks ago, I considered to be my best friend. Our relationship has changed alot in the last month or so. Ever since I started really getting into working out and eating good. I think that she doesn't like that I am different now. We used to complain alot together about how we hated our selfs and the way we looked.
I think it is hard for her to accept that I have this commitment now to myself to better my health. I try to invite her and invite her to come with me to various classes or just to walk together. She always has an excuse. Anyone else encounter this type of friend? I wish that she was being supportive. I told her I was down 10LBS and she didnt even say anything. I guess this happens sometimes between people.... We used to hang out watch movies eat crappy food together and now I would rather be out side or doing something active. How do I fix this? You know I am not even sure I want to.
Here is how I am staying motivated latley,
1)going to the mall... seeing all the clothes I would love to look nice in....

2) Reading shape, fitness and health magazines instead of gossip, it keeps me focused.
3) I made a collauge of all the girls who's bodies I like All athletic and toned it is posted on my fridge.
4) This blog. and Support from fellow fitness.com members.
5) Picturing me and my boyfriend in a hot tropical place and me wearing a bikini!!!
Still have not weighed my self this week as I am bloated and such from my period. Will do this weekend.

Tomorrow is my birthday celebration - I am going to dress up and look nice... maybe Ill take a pic to update on here.
