217 to 138lbs Before & After Pictures

Looks like we have similar body types (except I have a bigger chest).

Excellent progress on your weight loss! You give me hope that I can work at getting myself down to a lower weight :)

You GO Girl!

This is my 2nd post today. Thanks for posting such inspiring photos. I just wanted to thank you and the other female for such inspiring photos. I have been struggling with my weight for years and keep backsliding. I decided to try again and came across this website by accident. I really need the inspiration to keep going and not give up, and take one day at a time. Your photos are really inspiring to me beacuse I have a hanging belly problem similar to what you had. I weigh several pounds more and am also several years older than you, so it may be a little harder for me, but inspiring just the same. I was inspired to take some "before" photos today, in a pair of shorts and a shirt. Hopefully I will be able to post some photos of my own within the year. Thanks again!

Thanks!

LEC, take your time. As long as you took them to see difference in the next few weeks thats great! Maybe after your next set you will feel better about it. :)

WoW awesomeness!! You look soo VIBRANT!

Love the Hair Cut!!!

Very Inspiring!! Especially with tightening the skin and no surgery attitude!! Now I know I can really do it too!!

Oh My God you don't even look like the same person!

Massive well done to you - I wish I had your motivation! Good luck with the rest of your goals.

You can have my motivation. Just decide within yourself you CAN do it and just do it. Always think before you do.

If you want sweets, think about how you will feel after eating it. If you dont want to workout (on a regular I always workout on this day, not sick days), think about what will happen if you don't get your workout in for the day and how you will feel about yourself. Dont forget to also think about how you will feel if you do your workout when you didnt want to or that you turned away from the sweet and had something healthy in return.

I try to keep that mindframe. Oh, and I also consider it a "job". We all wish we could call in and not go to work just because we dont want to. We should think the same way with workouts. You might not get paid cash, but you get paid healthwise! Well, thats how I do it anyways!

Wow this is absolutely amazing. I envy you so much! I am currently around 220lbs and I want to get down to your weight as well. I am so proud of you for doing this! I know it's rough. I used to be 280lbs so I've actually lost some weight already. Let's hope I can finish the job!

Fabulous story & pics! Thanks for sharing & keeping those of us with a LOT more to go inspired & believing it CAN be done if you try hard enough. :thumbs up:
