And for all who wants to know how i did it.
Just eat less and healthy. No more Pizza, Coke, Cookies and all the sugar things
Fot the sport i was running up to 150-200 km every month =)
For the first 13kg i only needed 2 1/2 month. After that i did not so much sport anymore and ate more again (still healthy). So the other 8-9 i did it the easy way with a little bit of Sport and healthy food over the 6-8 Month^^
