Hey you! I know how you feel. I've been slacking myself and I've gained back some pounds too. But, I'm back and have to keep going! We can do it, just need to get the working out and eating on track again :) Good luck with your May goal btw!
 
Here I am...back on the chain gang. Started at 91.8kg on October 20 and now it's November 15 and I'm 83.3kg so can't complain!
 
I very, very much admire your decision not to dwell on the past.
I think plenty of people in general (as well as plenty of people on this site, at least at some point in their weight loss journey), have let dwelling on their past difficulties slowly sway them back into bad habits.

I too am a glass-half-empty individual who, only a few short months ago, was mortified by the idea of going to the gym and sweating to death on an elliptical while a bunch of toned gymaholics made it look effortless.

That's really not how it is, and not how it should be, and I know that now.
