A miracle has occured, somehow this week I have lost 1lb... a whole lb! yey am well chuffed I have now lost every week since the first week of january! So no pluses in my new shiny brand-spanking book... how chuffed am I?
Only 3lbs to go till I get my stone, so you never know I might even manage it next week!
OMG Buzzcocks has got Phill Jupitus, Moby and Dale Winton on one of the the teams, the next half hour could get really confusing and surreal!
RAH Good to hear from you, I really like the Slimming World plan, especially Mix 2 Max as it seems to be the best of both worlds. I have friends who love to eat lasagne crisps all day, but as a person who doesn't actually like crisps something that like that doesn't really appeal! I have a current love of superfree quiche using peppers mushrooms tomatoes basil eggs and cottage cheese.
MargaretI'd love to know what yr go to food is, my main one is oat and raisin cookies, but I'm rather good at resisting, mainly as either can't be bothered to go to the shops or wash up after making them. Tomorrow I'm going to Creepy Crawlies with my 2 year old, really not looking forward to going down the giant bumpy slide it's highter than my house... scary but he loves it, may be able to coax my friends hubby into going down with him, but soft play should wear him out nicely after a week of lifting him down from high places and stopping him eating the fake coal in my gas fire! It's been a fun week!
Pedometer has gone out of the window for the week, so will start again tomorrow.

You lost the 3 pounds that you set as a target and an extra half a pound for fun. It is great that you have got to a new low. Well done!
