Yeah dude, you definitely need to take progress pics. It gives you such a boost in confidence to see the changes you're making.

I hafta ask ya sumfing...I started wid 120kilos and now am at 85kgs..so far lost 35kgs...but am all da tyme anxious dat I mite not be able to do it...it took me one full year to lose dat much...too much time taking...how to do it faster? and how to keep mahself motivated

Congratulations on your loss! That's awesome! And seriously, that's not too much time at all. Try to stop thinking about time and realise that this is for life. Time is irrelevant. It's the getting there that matters.

Motivation is fleeting, so use it while you can to create new healthy habits that will keep you going when the motivation fades.

It's been close to two years now. Still got a ways to go before I look like how I want to, but I'm really close to the first goal I set for myself.
 
Oops, sorry, I must've responded to an older thread where you had 80 to go! Wow, just 7, that's incredible. You should do a website!
