200 lbs lost

To echo other members in here.... you are an inspiration!

And a little pre-season chant if only to aggravate Matt ;): Here we Go! Pittsburgh's going to the superbowl!

Congrats on the amazing and AWESOME progress so far. You are doing a great job. Nice jersey bro, steelers for life!

dude...awesome, totally awesome, with that kind of dedication you won't be in the 200's long! Keep up the good work bro, ur kickin ass!

Congrats!! I'm too going be in the 200's soon!
Thanks dude! And same to you! Having a weight that doesn't start with 3 is always a good thing :D
You're truly an inspiration!
Aw shucks! Thanks for that :)

Oh, I should also mention I'm no longer morbidly obese! I'm just regular old obese now :D At least I think so (these damn classifications are confusing. All the class I, class II, class II crap).

Amazing job, Guy (I'm certainly not going to call you Fat Lazy Guy, not with all the progress you've made and how much hard work it must have been)!

How did you stick with it? I'm on my 5th day of healthy lifestyle change/excerise.

Intially, what excerise did you do?

You're truly an inspiration.
Cheers dude.

Well to answer your second question first, initially I was doing no exercise. At 500 lbs there's not really a whole lot you can do, so my weight loss at the beginning was more diet related. Eventually I just started walking for extended periods of time inside, pacing back and forth. And as the weight dropped, I was able to do more and more things, exercise longer, etc.

Sticking with it. Well, it's always hardest at the start, because it means change. But after a while, thanks to routine and such, it's been quite easy to stick to. It's my lifestyle now.
Wow, that's a big difference, good job. Also, ps, good job on the steelers jersey, I approve!
Thanks very much!

Haha, good to know :D
