200, 22% bodyfat (on the left)


180, 19% bodyfat, lowered bloodpressure etc. as well (can't see any difference though on the outside but my stamina has increased) I do sports 7/7:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Gym
Tuesday, Thursday and once a weekend: soccer :s
 
Haven't had much time lately because of my exams, will continue again next week, I'm losing weight though, but that's because of the stress :p
