20 rep squat, TOMORROW

from what i have read its a routine. search 20-rep squat program on google.
 
What so your telling me, that with 20 rep squats, your routine ONLY consists of those squats?

That cant be right. People just use them in their routine, not AS a routine.
 
no no lol that is just the beginning of the routine.

here is a sample 20-rep squat program

Squat: 1x20
Pullovers: 1x20
Stiff-legged deadlift: 1x15
Pullovers: 1x20
Bench press: 2-3 x 10
Bent row: 2-3x15
Military press: 2-3 x 12

or

Squat: 1x20
Pullovers: 1x20
circuit of: (3 times) (as many as possible each time)
dips
chins
pushups

personally i prefer the top one better i would just do regular deads

well we were both right and wrong. It is a part of a total routine, but it the main focus.
