20-rep squat
You do know its just an exercise, you still carry on with your normal workout aswell. Its something to add in if you think you can handle it
Never tried it myself, i am meaning to tho sometime in the near future.

no no lol that is just the beginning of the routine.
here is a sample 20-rep squat program
Squat: 1x20
Pullovers: 1x20
Stiff-legged deadlift: 1x15
Pullovers: 1x20
Bench press: 2-3 x 10
Bent row: 2-3x15
Military press: 2-3 x 12
or
Squat: 1x20
Pullovers: 1x20
circuit of: (3 times) (as many as possible each time)
dips
chins
pushups
personally i prefer the top one better i would just do regular deads
