20 pounds or BUST!

Calories = 1380
Fiber = 21 g
Water = 100 oz
Exercise = 3 miles on gazelle (250 cals burned = not sure if that is right but it is what the machine said)
I wonder if the 20 minutes I spent this morning with my husband should count. I did all the work, so it should. hehe. I wonder how many cals that is burned. I looked, 83 cals an hour. I know I worked harder then that! Thats crap. 16 cals for 20 minutes...that is BS.Went swimming today for about 30 minutes, but I mostly coasted on the floaty. Then my daughter got stung on the cheek by a bee. She freaked out and I had to pull the stinger from her face. What an ordeal. She is much better now and it doesnt hurt anymore. The trip to CVS paid off :)

Tomorrow is day 3 off of work. I am trying to decide what I want to do tomorrow. I know I getting up early and going to the Y. But the rest of the day is up in the air.

Hehe... sex should definately count for atleast 100 cals for 15 mins. Should it not!

I wish I had my own inground pool :(

Exersice = 30 minutes on the tread = 200; 20 mins on the eliptical = 120; 15 minutes on strengthening weight machine for the arms

Hi Heidi,

You're doing an awesome job so far! Fiber makes all the difference with the BM problem I've had them too.

I'm soo with you on the sex calories... the amount of calories burned are definitly underated.

Thanks Boam! I really did well on Fiber yesterday! a whopping 37 g.

I am cycling my cals weekly to where it equals 1500 cals a day, some days 1700 some days 1200 etc. My week starts on Friday because that is when I weigh in.

Fiber = 37 g (thanks to that broccoli I ate :) )
Water = 80 oz
Exercise = Rest day (generally it is on Friday, but I worked out on Friday so I could take sat off)

Calories = 1368
Fiber = 36 g
Water = 80 oz so far = will have 120 in by the night
Excersice = 2 mile walk (havent actually done yet but will do when it starts to cool off (the local YMCA is closed on Sundays :()

Dinner was great tonight. I made some fresh greenbeans with a ham hock (I didnt eat the hamhock, just the greenbeans..hehe), red potatos and onion in the crock pot, and fresh ears of corn on the side. I definately over ate for dinner, but all pretty healthy for the most part.


My week long vacation from work ends at 8 AM tomorrow morning :(

Back to the grind stone. Though it will make eating better...easier!!

MMMM...green beans. I love green beans, but I don't like fresh or frozen, only canned (yes, I am weird). And my dietician wants me to stay away from canned veggies...but oh...green beans....

Water = 120 oz
Exercise = 50 minutes on the treadmill = 360 cals burned according to the machine. The new machines at the Y are ass kickers. They only go uphill.. or maybe I just havent figured them out :)


Great news... The position above mine is going to be in the job bank tomorrow and I am going to apply for it. *cross fingers* STRESS TIME!

Exercise = 50 minutes on the treadmill = 360 cals burned according to the machine. The new machines at the Y are ass kickers. They only go uphill.. or maybe I just havent figured them out :)

Excellent on the job position - fingers are crossed for you and toes and um anythign else I can cross...as far as the machines at hte y maybe that is a good thing either way - ha ha ha

Water 100 oz
Exersice = Sanded dry wall & primered wall. 1 hour. = 200 cals burned per calorie counter
 
Yikes its been a week since I have posted. I admit I have been slack in keeping my food log this past week. It is been TOM and alot of stress at work this week. This week I must do better. I would really like to be in the 120s by Labor day, but that is only 2 weeks and I am still at 136. We'll see.

This week my goals are
working out 1 hour per day for 6 days
Staying between 1200 - 1500 cals per day
Drinking 3 L of water per day
 
Hey you - sorry Im takin selfish me time - lol - not posting hardly at all - uuummm what ever happenned on the job front ???
 
Nice to see you Cind! Well the job is posted. Keep in mind I work for the State and everything is a "process". So the interviews will be scheduled in a bout a month, then about another month for "them" to make a decision. So maybe about Thanksgiving or Christmas time I should know something! HEHE. Patience is a virtue, is it not.:rotflmao:
 
I ate to much today. I didnt really keep track of calories, but will definately do better tomorrow.

I romped with my chihuahuas tonight, and tried to with my husband but he would rather nap on the couch. :sleeping: So much for my luck.

I need to get back on track....... so, Goals established above. Operation Weightloss is a go, with no deviations in the plan. Reward for a 16 pound weightloss - new suits for work. Time frame 8 weeks, 10 - 20 - 2007 , 900 Hours - 120 pounds.

Feelings today: I was so friggin bored- but no reason to get cleaned up, I milled around the house, and munched all day. Darnit. I vegged and watched Dog The Bounty Hunter for 4 hours, and Rock of Love for 2 hours, all while watching my husband fuse to the sofa.

Until tomorrow.
