Thoughts: I'm happy to have kept the momentum going today and very pleased with the intensity of my workout--I really pushed myself. I hope for more days like this!

Edit: More _exercise_ days like this. I could have done much better on food _choices_. Let's aim for less chocolate tomorrow ;)

Thoughts: Heh! So much for the 1200 calorie plan. In fairness, there was a change to my normal routine today because I had an orthodontist appointment, so I was less occupied as a result. Still, when I felt the overwhelming urge to pig-out, I stopped myself and trudged upstairs to start my workout instead. This is definitely success for me.

Thoughts: Well, I burned-off about 1000kcals today through biking and yoga so I'm quite pleased with my caloric intake based on that. I'm especially pleased that it is a weekend and I've come away with a good deficit :) I'll take it!

Update: I caved to a takeaway [small-ish portion] _after_ posting on Saturday so probably maintained. On Sunday, I ate something like 2800kcals but burned-off about 900, so maintained again.

Today, I ate all whole foods bar one scone and I'm pleasantly full. Total: 1500kcals + 30minutes on the bike [Don't want to overwork my muscles with another huge workout]

Haha! I just today remembered I joined this site four years ago. I eventually got down to about 136 pounds in 2014 (after a high of about 182 in August 2012) and was feeling a bit pooped I had gained 4 lbs over the past year but looking back on this I know I've come a looong way and I feel much better. I can't imagine trying to lose 40 lbs again but I guess consistency prevailed :)

Well done SupChomp! Thanks for popping back in & letting people know that weight-loss & maintenance are achievable. It's good to remind ourselves of our far we have come & I'm glad yo shared that with us. Cheers, Cate.
