Hi all, I know it's a little late, but I wouls like to join in. I think there is about 9 weeks left so I'm gonna try for about 13lbs. I'm excited to do this!! :p
 
Last Weigh In: 179
This Week's: 176
Loss: 3 lbs

I'm happy with this. I would be happier though if I hadn't been gone for a while and got back up to 179 from 175.something to begin with. Oh well, it's "in the past." Onward I go!
 
Oops I forgot about this! :) Um, I was still hovering around 163 on Friday but I have a sneaking suspicion I might be a little lower than that. Sounds like everybody's doing pretty well!
 
Sorry girls took the wagon a little longer to get here with my 1.4KG GAIN lol anyway I will start from this weight

I'm getting so friekin frustrated. :mad: Only one pound AGAIN this week.
When I had the 3lb loss I was so relieved and thought my body was giving me a break but it must have been a fluke. For the last few months I have seen the scale barely move a pound a week. I've not really changed anything I was doing to start with. This week, I worked really hard; increased my treadmill time, etc. (k... I'm done whining...) I was just hoping so badly to see a bigger change this week.
Question: I am under A LOT (and that's putting it mildly) stress right now... Can that affect my weight loss? It sure has affected my sleep. :(

Yeah, Pixie, stress is supposed to be really bad for weight loss. :( Here's a nifty article I googled about stress and weight loss. It has some really good stress relieving suggestions too:



A one pound loss really isn't so bad!! I hope the stress goes away, though. :)

As for me, I'm /still/ stuck at 163. But I guess staying the same is better than gaining, so I'll just have to keep trying! :rolleyes:

I understand the frustrations of maintaining, but like you said, atleast there is no gain, and that is good! Hang in there! :)

Hi all, I weighed in at 159.2...less than a pound this week. I'm getting really frustrated as well, my weight is all over the place. At the beginning of the week I was at 160, I then dipped as low as 158.4 and then back up to 160 yesterday. I don't know if I'm just throwing around water weight or not. Oh welll, I will give it some more time.
 
wow, 400g?? That sounds HUGE! How many pounds is that? SUper great job girl! I'm proud of you!
 
Lol well honey im glad it sounds huge but I think its not quiet a pound, but it dose get me past the 107 mark. :D
 
lol, well hey, a pound is great! Do you remember the time I was so upset that by mid week I had only lost 1 pound, that I ended up putting on 2 by the end of the week, lol.

Ok, so I did it!! I maintained my 3 pound weight loss, even though I was struggling. I am SOOOO happy about it. I'll loose those 10 pds by my B-day after all!!

Where are all of our 20 pd clubbers??

So I think we are about half way to our goal everyone. How are we all doing? We should have a loss of about 8 pds now to reach our goal of 20 by the end of sept.
