20 Pound Club, Pt. 2

Well, somehow I got logged out over the weekend and couldn't remember my password to save the life of me and had to re-register. :eek: (Gawd, how embarrassing! :rolleyes: )
Anyway, here are my stats:
Starting 20lb challenge: 234
Current weight 228
Weight Lost since last week: 1lb

It's going slow but it's going. The last couple of days have been a joke! I've not been "real bad" but I've went over my 1000 to 1200 calories.
I'll get over it! :D
 
Hi all!! I am finally seeing some change!! Last Week I was 159.2, this morning I weighed in at 156.6. Yay!!!
 
Just checking in! One more lb gone! It's going....slowly, but it's going!

Okay. I don't know if i have committed myself to this diet thing entirely, or if it was just in my head... I am joining you guys NNNNOW. I am doing a verbal commitment to you guys, hopefully it will make me more committed. I want this badly, and i feel that i am having a good start, but the effort isn't all there. Sooo... maybe this will help!

I am going to start doing cardio excercises at least 5 times this week. And I just got a pilates video that i am going to try tonight. Hopefully i like it! Is pilates something that you can do everyday? I think it could be... it's just stretching and holding muscles, right???
Eating proportions isn't a problem... but i snack a bit more than i should.. even if it is just a tiiiny bit. haha. Aaaand i am going finally wash out my moldy smelling nalgene bottle and use it again. Apparently i am entirely too lazy that i can't even wash out my disgusting bottle to drink out of.. yikes!

Anyways, that is all for now. I am in this now with you guys and hopefully will be posting more too! Wish me luck and good luck to you guys too!
 
I had too much fun this weekend and didnt watch myself. Back up 2 this week :( But oh well, I will be back next week!

Hi Jadior! This isnt' like a strict club or anything, lol, we just all have the comman goal of loosing 20 pds by sept. 21 (i think). All you have to do to join is just post your loss on mondays. we dont' include all the weight we've lost, just what we've lost since joining the club.

Now, you might not want to go for the 20 pds right now, as it will be hard to do that by our goal date, but maybe you can try for 10?? Or maybe you'd want to wait and see if we start another 20 pd club after this one is over. Your choice
