Ok so my weight stayed the same but i ate more cals this weekend than i should of so no worries ill get there next week

OMG! I'm so stupid. I can't see my scale number very well, so I take a digital picture of it and upload it to my computer so I can see it better (I don't have a digital one) and I was looking at the picture from a different date! I did lose weight.
My ACTUAL weight loss:
last week: 144 lbs.
this week: 141 lbs.
weight loss: 3 lbs. Yes! Now at least I know I'm doing something right.
Of course you can join. I'm new also I just joined last week. Weight to start was 265. Weight now is 262. So, I've lost 3 pounds and have 17 to go by the end of September.
Hey guys, I noticed NO ONE weighed in last week (i know neither did I)...what gives?? Lets all make sure we weigh in on monday, we owe it to ourselves to loose this weight!
I'm in on this too I weigh myself on Fridays (my reminder not to binge over the weekend!) and I'll just post it on Mondays. I'll aim for 15 lbs, since I'm starting a little late. Stay motivated, everyone!
As of today (Monday) I have only one pound lost to record. I think I could have tried harder but the last two weeks have been a struggle. I'm working harder at it today though.
Anyone is more than welcome to join at any time! It's just a nice little motivational club to keep us going! Speaking of...I haven't been around so I'm back to this 20 lb club now! hehe!
So, I lost 5 pounds! yipee!!! I can only count 1 as an actual loss though. Thats fine by me, I'm just glad to be out of the 190's!! Next monday I'll see 185 on the scales!
