20 lbs before the wedding or bust...

lol - i actually really like cheerios =)

I also have yogurt and granola in my fridge/cupboard usually - but we are about to move, so i'm keeping it simple =)
 
alright... weight this morning 150 again - all that moving was good for me!

bkfst: 1.5 krispy kreme donuts (we were cleaning old apt) (400)
snack: can of mt. dew (ack!) (240)
lunch: turkey on hamburger bun (60+)
snack: coffee (30) + cookie (300)
dinner:

total cals:
h2o: 12 oz
exercise: cleaning for 3 hours
 
oh man! I haven't had a Krispy Kreme donut in soooo long. They built one here but it was only open for a year before they had to close. Now the closest one is an hour away!

lol - no, I was a good girl for my birthday... i drove all day home back to Iowa for the wedding... and my dress BARELY fits... well, it fits without the bra underneath and with the bra it doesn't quite zip up all the way...

needless to say - i'm trying to avoid fatty foods, carb foods, alcohol and i'm drinking like gallons of water everyday... I think the only problem area is my breasts! they are just a bit bigger than when I bought it.
 
hum....thats a tough one. How much longer do you have till the big day??

Lost any weight recently! i bet you've lost alot of water weight!
 
i'm getting married a week from tomorrow! yay!!! and my dress fit today... i got this new undergarment thing called spanx - it is AMAZING!!! everyone needs a few pairs.. they are hosiery and have amazing support and keeps everything in... holy cow - I love them.
 
WOW! you must be getting REALLY excited!! I know I am for you!! lol, I was at a wedding last night/yesterday and got totally pumped for mine and it's still a little while away!! :D

its been a while... i'm back with my husband in nashville again - the dress fit! (barely) and the wedding and reception was amazing... totally amazing. i have so much to catch up on with work and unpacking (we moved into a new apartment together) so not too much time to update. But my honey and I are definately going to work on being healthy now...

Cogradulations on the wedding. I am new to this forum but have read a bit of it. I have a question to all or any who want to answer: I have been plateaued for months at 150 and 4'10". I have just started the rice diet and was wondering if anyone else has any info on this on how well it works. Otherwise who has lost alot of weight with little exercise. I have a birthdefect in my lumbar spine so exercise basically debilitates me right now. The pain happens about 1 every 6 years and it lasts about 6 months.

hey everyone!!!

i NEED to get back here - my honey and I haven't been quite as active as we had planned - mainly b/c of the heat... and having a new wii that keeps us occupied =)

BUT - got out this morning, exercised and lifted with my legs... working on the healthy eating... we'll see how it goes!

bkfst: hawaiian bread w/ pineapple butter (bread? butter 70... okay - not healthy) + milk w/ protein powder (135)
lunch: beef ramen - but only used half of flavor packet? (300)
snack: krispy kreme (200) + dr. pepper (240) + soy chai latte (170)
dinner: naked qdoba veggie burrito (570) + cranberry juice (140)

total cals: 2025
h20: 16 + 24
exercise: 35 min elliptical; 15 min lifting legs

eek! okay - so today didn't go that well. first day trying to pay attention to calories again, and it might take me a bit to figure it all out again. I, uh, might have to just go hardcore dieting to get back on track again!
