20 lbs before the wedding or bust...

I KNOW! It's brutal hot here - went for a bike ride but only b/c of the novelty of new bikes, lol. The fun thing about Curves is that they are UBER air conditioned, otherwise I would not go! lol

You'll stay cooler if you drink lots of water!! :D

meh - i didn't go out... it rained a little bit and then i got distracted by wedding stuff - I had to send my maid of honor the shower list and whatnot... I feel a bit bad actually that she is doing so much, but i guess that's what a moh is for?

My maid of honour has been pretty busy ;) That's what they're for - don't feel TOO bad ...Take her to lunch or something, lol

unfortunately it hasn't cooled off here yet - i think it actually felt a bit hotter today, if it is possible. But I was out there! If I got up about an hour earlier, it would probably make a difference...

Looks like you did a good job! BEtter than me today! We had a nice day - not cool - but definitely cooler, lol. It will be HOT again tomorrow.

Haha I always think if I could only get up earlier...but I just can't make myself do it ;)

I have been doing fairly well - i wasn't able to count cals for dinner the other day and didn't pay attention last night, but i'll backpost what I had.

Two days I've been run/walking... today i'm going hiking and I might be playing tennis later tonight with my honey - so I slept in a bit =)

I'm getting super stoked for the wedding, but i'm also freaking out that its far too much to do in far too little time! We have decided to diy the flowers, and part of me wants to call up a local florist and just find out how much the flowers I want would cost. who knows! but i also can't get back home to look at flowers and pick them out and talk with the florist until -eh- a week before the wedding... hmmm. Maybe my mom could run some prices?

We just got a florist but mostly because I know NOTHING about flowers - I'm sure it will work out great! There is quite a bit to do though as you approach the wedding date, lol. Just try to stay relaxed about everything and it will go well ;)
Have fun playing tennis!

I'm sorry Katie, but when is your wedding again?? I hope you post pics!

Don't worry about sat. you gotta live a little too. Hope you have a great day today!

my fiance is trying to teach me how to play tennis... and I majorly suck =) But - looking at the "calories burned" in one hour tennis is like 540!! - now, i know i wasn't working that hard! if you can't hit the ball over the net, you don't do a whole lot of running around... well, except when you chase the balls endlessly ;)

okay - i'm not going to lose any weight if I keep eating at my maintenence level! discipline is key! I could have had half a piece of cobbler w/ no ice cream, I could have had half of the cookie at lunch. I'm not beating myself up, but I really need to think about portions with desserts and sweets - b/c just a taste is usually enough to stop my cravings =)

Keep up the good work on the food :) You're definitely on a roll :)

I definitely enjoy determining success by measurements - it's more permanent, since weight fluctuates so much (at least for me). :D
