2 Years - 123lbs Lost. (321 -> 198)

Wow man !!! You look sooooo much younger now. From where I'm sitting it looks like you've shed about 10yrs I reckon !! :eek2:
Fantastic effort and amazing commitment.

That's funny you say that. Before I started losing weight someone guessed my age to be 31 and I was 21 at the time.

I posted a recent pic at hotornot.com and I've been rated a 9.3. A little generous but I'll take it. Here's the pic.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the replies. I haven't been on this site since last summer, but I'll be here for the long hall.

My social life got busier in the fall and I was drinking at night instead of going to the gym. Missed the gym for 3 straight months and gained close to 30 pounds. I was at 220 and could feel it in my clothes before that. My friend sent me p90x and it has changed my life. I've worked out for 2, 3, 4 hours before in the gym and when twice a day sometimes, but these workouts kill me way more then I ever killed myself in the gym. The Plyometrics is absolutely crazy brutal. The 90 min Yoga dvd is incredible. Never did yoga before and this is suppose to be a vicious form of yoga. I regularly collapse and land in a pile of my own sweat. Not only are the workouts a lot harder than just going on the elliptical for an hour and then doing some weight lifting, but I can tell the HUGE benefits I've gained from the Yoga as well as the leg strength and explosiveness from the Plyo.

I made a commitment to get my weight back down (I wasn't finished to begin with) and get to 15% body fat. Eventually 10%. I've been following a super strict clean diet and doing a dvd everyday 6 days a week. Already down 6 pounds in two weeks.
