2 year Improvement

For the first year I had not properly sorted out my dieting or training for that matter, it was all trial and error, but now I think Ive started to grasp the whole marconutrient thing with the diet and muscle adaptability with training.

So here it is, I know the pics are identical in posture but the first pic was the only reference point i had.

Hi proteinboy, yea im lifting more now focusing more on pyramid sets such as:

1x25
1x20
1x15
1x10
1x5
1x2

with gradual overload as the sets get lesser reps.

Big noticable improvement.

Keep it up.

Thanks like I said though for the first 6 months or so i never knew what i was doing really and I dont fine tune either (counting kcal) which i should like. Otherwise results would be alot more forthcoming.

That's a nice improvement. Where do plan to go from here? Are you training for health/appearance or do you train for any sport or hobby?
