Beforeee you judge me
..I'm NOT another person looking for a miracle weight loss solution! I know it takes hard work, effort, motivation etc etc. I'm just wondering if someone can advise me on the best way to go about losing roughly 2 stone in 3months.. If it's possible that is.
I'm 18, female, about 5"6 I think and weigh about 11stone (154 pounds) maybe a little under. My target weight is 9 stone (126 pounds) and I would reaaaally like to be around this if not bang on by mid March 2010. I know that's slightly over 3 months but it's Christmas soon so if I do devise some sort of exercise/diet plan I know I'm going to fall off the wagon a bit for those two weeks over Christmas (I'm only human afterall) so it's only right to be realistic and say 3 months.
I go on holiday March 16th and am desperate to feel comfortable in a bikini! Any help/advice will be much appreciated. Just need to know the best way to go about this without obviously starving myself of spending most of my day in the gym.
