2 questions

hi i'm robert i'm 13 and i'm 125lbs my first question is.

1. i tried tuna and it was really nasty to me any way so what should i eat for some protein like a frozen or caned food or something and i'm only 13 so i can't cook

2. why is water so good for you like what those it do

You're 13 and im 15. I you can cook, you just probally lazy to learn?? :p

1. Eggs are good source of protein, lean meats, and if your lazy to cook eggs and don't want to buy those expensivse meat you can try protein supplements. Protien powder is great, it's easy to make as well.

2. Water yes water is important. Drink Water cut out all soda and sugary drinks. I don't know all the good facts about it, but it helps absorb food/nutrients, hydrates the body.
