2 questions annoying me

1- I'm 75 kg and I doubt I eat 140 gram a day...I do not use any supplements.
a) Can I solve this by adding more rest days?
b) Are supplements, whey protein as quality as the protein you take by normal diet?
c)Can you give me an eating program? I east 4 boiled eggs a day, 2 boiled potatoe days I will work out...of course these are in addition to my normal meals.

2-Do I have to constantly train my muscles in a system..or will every session add to me at least something even if I train it a month? Asknig this just to get the way muscles work. Because I feel really bad when I miss the program.

my current program goes like this-
day a- biceps, pectorals
day b-triceps, back
day c-shoulders, legs
I put rest days in between randomly according to how my life flow goes. I try not to rest more than two days. Generally do the day a and b continously, rest and do day c and rest again.

So I do like 2 biceps and chest exercises a week... is this okay? I believe I am gaining size but am I efficient?

1A. No
1B. Yes
1C. Negative, please look at the stickies. Designing your own eating regimen (with help) will allow you to fully understand and modify your diet as needed.
2. Training a muscle or muscle group once a month will lead to little or no progress.

Other: I would add a leg (lower body) day to your schedule. A more efficient way to do this would be to change your routine to an upper/lower split or even a push/pull.
