11:30am: 2 PB balls
2:30pm: protein shake
4pm: stirfry
6:30-11pm: lots of eating :) ... went to a party and ate the whole time - one cheat meal a week, right :D
 
Day 20

11am: oatmeal w/ fruit
12pm: 2 PB balls
1:30pm: egg on toast w/ PB (x2)
2:30pm: 2 PB balls
4:30pm: turkey & cheese wrap
10:30pm: protein shake
 
Day 21

8am: granola bar & PB on toast
9-10am: bootcamp - upper body
10:15am: protein shake w/ fruit
11:30am: 2 PB balls
1:30pm: stirfry
2:30pm: 3 PB balls
5:30pm: spinach salad
7:30pm: 3 PB balls (busy day)
11pm: protein shake
 
Day 22

7:30am: oatmeal w/ fruit
9-10am: bootcamp - cardio, abs & back
10:15am: protein shake w/ fruit
11-12pm: 6 PB balls
2:30pm: curry rice bowl (Joey's)
7pm: stirfry
10pm: protein shake
10:30pm: cheese and crackers (i know ... couldn't resist)
 
Day 23

9-10am: bootcamp - legs
10:15am: protein shake w/ fruit
1pm: stirfry
3:30pm: mozza burger
4pm: spinach salad
7pm: glass of white wine
10pm: rum & soda
11pm: protein shake
 
Day 24 (thu)

9-10am: bootcamp - shoulders & biceps
10:15am: protein shake w/ fruit
1:30pm: egg on PB & toast
3:30pm: spinach salad
5pm: stirfry
7:30pm: tomatoes w/ camumburt cheese
10:30pm: protein shake
 
Day 25 (fri)

9-10am: bootcamp - cardio
10:15am: protein shake w/ fruit
11:30am: granola bar
3:30pm: handful crackers and almonds

Day 27 - Day 44

Was in Thailand ... lots of fried rice w/ chicken or shrimp, pad thai, and toast w/ jam and scrambled eggs for breky

... tried working out, but the heat was killer ... gave up on day 2. even in an "air-con" room for the few days that we had it, it was still fainting-type-hot.
 
Day 45 - Thur
===========
7am: oatmeal w/ strawberries & brown sugar
2pm: fried rice wrap w/ egg, chicken, mushrooms, green pepper & cucumber
4:30pm: protein shake
 
no proper tracking :( ... too busy getting stuff done before Germany (leave Mon) ... i will see if i can track stuff while i'm there, but i'm not holding my breath.
